Questions about Tom Hayden

1. What did you think of Mr.Hayden?
I think Tom Hayden is a smart person. He talked about the war in Vietnam and Iraq. He was an interesting person.

2. Tom Hayden does not think of himself as a Cilvil Rights leader. Do you see him as one? Why or why not.
I dont know if I see him as a Cilvil Rights leader because he is a professor at a college and he talks about the war. And he was a reporter he is doing a good thing but I dont think of him as a Civil Rights leader.

3. Tom Hayden feels that leaders are not as important as the hundreds or thousands of people behind them. What does he mean by that?
"Leaders are not as important as the hundreds or thousands of behind them" what I think Tom Hayden means by this is that leaders can't do anything with out the people behind (fallow) them. If they dont have their "little army" they cant fight for what they want.

Stop Hurting Yourself 12.1.06

"Stop hurting yourself", that could mean so many things, physically and mentally. To me I take it mental. "Stop hurting yourself" means (to me) that someone is saying things to you or about you that aren't nice.
Like if your wearing a rainbow scarf or other garment, what do people automatically assume...your gay. Just because you have a rainbow doesn't mean your gay. Then they talk about it, and spread things that aren't nice or good. Then the person who was wearing the scarf or other garment is crushed and most EVERYBODY has the wrong idea. That is an example of "stop hurting yourself" or others for that matter.
